The Retail Marketing Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the marketing efforts of our retail operations. This individual will be responsible for coordinating and implementing marketing strategies to drive traffic, enhance customer experience, and ultimately increase sales. - Campaign Coordination:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan, execute, and evaluate retail marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate the development and production of promotional materials, ensuring timely delivery.
- In-Store Promotions:
- Plan and execute in-store promotions and events to boost foot traffic and sales.
- Collaborate with store managers to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation.
- Visual Merchandising:
- Work closely with the merchandising team to create visually appealing in-store displays that align with marketing campaigns.
- Ensure consistent brand representation across all customer channels.
- Digital Marketing:
- Assist in the creation and execution of digital marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns and email marketing, to drive online and in-store traffic.
- Market Research:
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for retail marketing improvement.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to stay ahead of the curve.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, merchandising, and operations, to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall business goals.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Budget Management:
- Assist in managing the marketing budget for retail initiatives, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in retail marketing or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and tools.
- Ability to produce polished graphic elements using Adobe software.
- Creative mindset with an eye for visual aesthetics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Reliable transportation to our Redwood City offices.
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.

Compensation: 65-75K annually (DOE); plus benefits (health, dental, vision & flexible spend)
